If your item have quality issue, exchanges and returns are simple and hassle-free.
1. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to be issued a Return Authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Be sure to include your order number, a list of items you would like to return, as well as the reason for the return request.
2. Place the item(s) in the original packing.
3. Drop off you package at your carrier.
4. Once we receive your package and confirm there is quality issue, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to the return conditions.
