- Approval: After review, we will confirm whether your request qualifies for a return.
- Shipping the Product: If approved, you must return the item at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping serviceto ensure safe delivery.
- Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund (excluding shipping fees) will be processed within 2 business days.
4. Refund Details
- Refunds apply to product cost only(shipping fees are non-refundable).
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
