Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 14 working days from the delivery date.

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Color differences caused by screen settings or individual eye color variations.
  • Returns due to personal preference or change of mind.

3. Return Process

  • Contact Us: Provide the order number, problem description and relevant photos.
  • Approval: After review, we will confirm whether your request qualifies for a return.
  • Shipping the Product: If approved, you must return the item at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping serviceto ensure safe delivery.
  • Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund (excluding shipping fees) will be processed within 2 business days.

4. Refund Details

  • Refunds apply to product cost only(shipping fees are non-refundable).
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
