TTDEYE Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We want you to have a satisfying shopping experience with TTDEYE. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging;

The return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product shipped, defective or damaged item);

The return request is submitted within 5 days of receiving the product.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, worn, or damaged contact lenses cannot be returned.

 

2. Return & Exchange Process

2.1 How to Request a Return

Follow these steps to submit a return request:

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

The refund may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

 

4. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost and may provide a return shipping label (if applicable).

If the return is due to personal reasons (change of mind, wrong item ordered), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

 

5. Special Cases

Order Cancellation – Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return.

Shipping Delays – If your order is delayed, please contact us for assistance with tracking updates.

Refused Packages – If a package is returned due to refusal or an incorrect address, a refund will be issued minus applicable fees.
